Additional Help From a Friend

The Shimano M360 Crankset with Squared Tapered Bottom Bracket required a tool which I didn't have on my toolbox. Luckily, a friend of mine who lives outside Doha City have this tool, he needed to travel an Hour time just to help me...

My Friend Abdurahman Tolention (Bio altol of pinoymtbiker.org) removed the Old Crankset and placed the New one.

The Conversion Project version 1.0's Outcome

My GIANT ESCAPE 1's Customized Built Version 1.0
Single Speed Drivetrain w/ Improvised Chain Tensioner (SRAM X4 RD)
Note: The Frame is originally intended as a Hybrid Commuter with Geared Drivetrain, thus, it uses Vertical Dropout (where the Rear Derailleur is installed). With Vertical Dropout, it is almost impossible to gain almost zero Sag on the Chainline for the Single Speed Build.

D.I.Y. Single Speed Drivetrain

SRAM X-4 Rera Derailleur used as a Chain Tensioner
Shimano Deore FC-M590 Crankset (48-32-22) converted to Single Chain Ring
Still used the Stock Tektro V-Brakes (Rear Brake Shown).
Thread Patterns for the Continental Cyclocross Tires
Stock Tektro V-Brakes on the Front Wheel

Race Face Ride series Handlebar & Stem and ODI Ruffian Grips
Taken from SKINNY BIKE.. Still Stock Tektro 3 Finger Brake Lever
Not Good Chain line....
The Chain line was Bad, the Cog and the Roller of the improvised Tensioner did not meet

So Far, the built is good aesthetically, but performs really bad due to bad chainline and tensioning.
The gearing is also not so good. 32T front and 18T rear, paired with 35C tubes on 700c wheels is too light to use, especially if the bike will be used on paved roads. giving me only around 19~20 kph on my maximum pedaling pace.
